1/4" RO Inline Valve Quick-Connect Fitting
This 1/4" RO valve fitting is a compact inline shut-off valve designed for standard 1/4" RO tubing. It allows you to easily control, isolate or stop flow in aquarium, RO/DI and low-pressure water line setups without needing to disconnect the tubing.
The quick-connect ends make installation simple: push the 1/4" RO tubing into each side of the fitting, then use the valve handle to open or close the line as needed. This is especially useful for aquarium cabinets, dosing stations, media reactors, ATO reservoirs and RO/DI systems where you may need to temporarily stop flow for maintenance or adjustment.

Works With 1/4" RO Tubing and Stem Fittings
This valve is designed for standard 1/4" RO tubing and compatible 1/4" stem fittings. It can be used as part of a flexible hose to RO tubing conversion when paired with a suitable stem-to-barb adapter.
For example, flexible dosing line can be connected to a small barbed adapter, the adapter can push into a compatible RO fitting, and this inline valve can be added to the RO tubing run to make it easier to shut off or isolate the line.

Installation Notes
- Cut RO tubing cleanly and square before inserting it into the fitting.
- Push the tubing fully into each quick-connect end.
- Gently pull back after insertion to confirm the tubing is seated properly.
- Use the valve handle to open or close the line as required.
- To remove tubing, press the locking collar inward while pulling the tube out.
- Always leak-test the connection before leaving it unattended.
Note: Standard 1/4" RO tubing is measured by outer diameter. This fitting is intended for compatible 1/4" RO tubing and low-pressure aquarium, RO/DI, dosing and utility water line applications.
